Hello,

I have successfully installed Advanced Audit Log on my SCRM.

But, I do not think it is validated. I have already tried to validate with my license key.

Please check the screenshots and help me to configure.

      Thank you for using our add-on. It may be two possibilities are there. 1) Do you have any errors in your console during validation. If you can try with turn off show errors in your php.ini 2) If you have any firewall set and they may fail to connect SuiteCRM store license validation. If you can whitelist https://store.suitecrm.com

      In case if doesn't work we can connect over Skype. Our Skype id is urdhvatech

      Thanks for the reply.

      1. There is no error. Nothing happens when I click the validate button. I have 2 different versions of SCRM: 7.5.3 and 7.11.15 On version 7.11.15, when I validated, I get a 'Success!' message, but on version 7.5.3, when I validated, nothing happens. I tried on 7.5.3 first, then I tried on 7.11.15.

      2. Could you please give me the IP of https://store.suitecrm.com? I whitelisted 104.130.124.191 and re-tried, but still not working.

      I have attached the SCRM version and inspect log.

      I have tried with same version and it does work for me. If you can try with turn off show errors in your php.ini. Or we can do screen sharing session over Skype. Our skype id is urdhvatech
