Hi, We have purchased trial version of this add on and now it is shifted to paid version. We have installed it in suitecrm version 8.8.1, but we are getting error "Frontend mapping error BV_Tag". We are able to create tags but tags are not visible when we are creating records such as accounts, leads etc. Can you Please assist us in fixing this error, so that we can have its proper functionality. The plugin you're currently using supports only SuiteCRM version 8.6, which is why you're encountering the "Frontend mapping error BV_Tag." This limitation is mentioned in the documentation as well. However, don't worry, we will provide you with the updated plugin version compatible with SuiteCRM 8.8.
