I mean after we added tags for contacts or leads .. it seems no good way to see them or use them beyond this "add tag" tab - https://gyazo.com/6a9e0eb9226e5efd78cd026ba541f0a8?

Sorry for late reply.
Yes we can add tag field in list view via studio. Also we have provided option to filter records based on tag. So it would be easy to list records based on the tag selected
