Hello, I have several questions regarding mailchimp. In case someone unsubscribes, how do you know? and syncs alone and updates the contact list?

Then, can a history and tracking be done in the client sheets of the suitecrm with the results of mailchimp?

In case of duplication of emails in a list, when there is an email unsubscribing from a list, which of the two emails does it remove?

Can the exact result be returned when an email sent from mailchimp is opened, and it is reflected in the client files in suitecrm?

    Happy to help.

    When someone unsubscribes from a campaign in Mailchimp, the record is marked as opted out in your CRM.

    In regards to tracking or seeing a record's history, it sounds like you'd like to see Mailchimp history at the contact, target, or lead level, is that correct? To do this, you can enable the SugarChimp connector.     This connector will show when emails are sent, opened, or clicked.

    In regards to duplication of records and unsubscribes, SugarChimp will remove the unsubscribes from the Target List and mark them as opted out. We do have a way to either turn this off completely (so that unsubscribes do not come back into your CRM or we can update it so a record is only marked opted out if there is only 1 record. In this scenario, if there are 2 matching emails, it would do nothing. More information about this setting can be found under globaloptout in this support article:

    Perfect, thanks for your clarification, I have other questions regarding this topic. First, do you know if you can link multiple suitecrm lists to a single mailchimp audience?

    And regarding the history or tracking, my question was, if when a client opens the mail that is sent to her in a campaign by mailchimp, it can be seen in her suitecrm history, when she has opened the mail?

    Happy to answer these. The integration only connects one CRM list to one Mailchimp audience. While you can have multiple lists, each one will sync to only one unique audience.
