    Happy to help! I posted this in a follow-up question you had and I see you also have a meeting scheduled so we can clarify, but I wanted to follow up here as well:

    It looks like this is an error within SuiteCRM itself. The SugarChimp plugin is made to sync data from your CRM to Mailchimp (and sync some data back from Mailchimp to your CRM.) You will sync your records from your CRM to Mailchimp and then use Mailchimp directly to design and send campaigns.

    Once your contacts, targets, or leads (and desired fields) are in Mailchimp, you'll navigate to your Mailchimp account to send campaigns directly from there.
