I've tried to sync a list of contacts using SuiteCRM, but this don't work in my environment. there are 10 hours this is running, can you help?

Happy to help! To clarify, are you having trouble syncing from Sugar to Mailchimp or from Mailchimp to Sugar? Additionally, can you send a screenshot of the Health Status page so I can take a closer look? You can send it to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com.
