Hello Davide,
I will try to answer your question correctly, but let me know if I missed the mark. Regardless of which version you are on, Leads must get added to the Target List before they will sync to MailChimp. Once added to a Target List, they will be queue'd to be added to MailChimp on the next scheduler run. The default scheduler interval is 5 minutes, so they are typically updated in MailChimp in the next 5 minutes or so.
On the professional version you may have setup Leads to be automatically added to a Target List. In this case, Leads will be added to the Target List on the next scheduler run after they are created. It will then be one more scheduler run before they are sent across to MailChimp. So if your scheduler interval is at the default 5 minutes, then you can expect the Lead to be in MailChimp 5-15 minutes after they are created.
Does that answer your question?
Kind Regards, Jon
