many of my users are blind; they use screen readers like jaws from freedom scientific http://www.freedomscientific.com/downloads/jaws this software is really powerfull and blind users can work with their computers...
but your scripts might not be screen readers friendly... this is my concern if my users will still be capable of working with crm...

Hello I am sorry but this can not work for us, our crm is the portal for many internal application and moving to linux is not a possible scenario.
We do not mind to wait for the right version.
So we ask for a full refund and will purchase the windows capable version when available...

Ok I see that there is much more to it than what I expected...
if I look in custom\modules\EnjayAsteriskConnector\EnjayAsteriskConnectorClass.php
I see that nothing was written for windows installation... if(strtoupper(substr(PHP_OS,0,3))==="WIN") { **** this is empty! } else { if(!file_exists($startscriptpath)) { $fh = fopen($startscriptpath,"w");
$filecontent = "nohup php $servicepath </dev/null &>/dev/null &\n"; $filecontent .= "pid=`ps aux | grep '[p]hp $servicepath' | awk '{print$2}'`\n"; $filecontent .= "sudo renice -n -20 -p \$pid\n"; fwrite
I am very interesting in your module and as I looked at it I beleive it is well written but without provision for Windows server...
so in all honesty, what is your timeframe on this?

hello just to make things clear... SuiteCRM host is running on IIS Database server is MSSQL 2012 Asterisk server is running on Linux and we are using the same credential as another application so we are sure about the asterisk side, it is not related
I am very sorry I do not have the time to test SuiteCRM on Linux and actually it is not to be considered we are using Win server2008 R2 for a reason, we would prefer to use it on Linux but other constraints forces us to run on IIs.
I can help debug if you provide me the sql script to created the tables... If you are using beans and what I would believe that using proper integration then the database engine should not make a difference (I think, I am no expert). This is why I ask for the table creation script, the table that holds the server info.
BTW if this may help the users_cstm has been updated properly with those fields ,asteriskdialplan_c NVARCHAR(255) NULL ,asteriskdialprefix_c NVARCHAR(255) NULL ,asteriskextension_c NVARCHAR(255) NULL ,CONSTRAINT users_cstm_pk PRIMARY KEY CLUSTERED (id_c) WITH (FILLFACTOR = 90)
This last point make me believe it is the table creation scrip that is at fault (if you use a table to keep the host data).
the config_override.php file is ok with the lines added : $sugar_config['enjay_asterisk_pws_port'] = '5188'; $sugar_config['outfitters_licenses']['suitecrm-asterisk-connector '] = '<------ hidden / removed ----- >'; $sugar_config['enjay_asterisk_sugar_url'] = '<-- hidden -->'; $sugar_config['enjay_asterisk_sugar_path'] = '<-- hidend-->';
So to help solve this issue which will be mutally good for each of us: - could you explain what is the 5188 port because ; AMI - Asterisk Manager interface uses port 5038 by default...

I presume this port is for your integration on CRM server side? - please send me asap the table creation script that the admin page would add the asterisk host... I will build the table myself, test on my dev environment and report... I am no MSSQL expert but I know my way around :-)

Hello should there be another table in the db?
I see the new fields in the users_cstm table. I do have this in config_override.php $sugar_config['enjay_asterisk_sugar_url'] = 'crm.humanware.com'; $sugar_config['enjay_asterisk_sugar_path'] = 'live'; /CONFIGURATOR/
But i do not see any place that you could store the asterisk server information…
