Any update on this. I believe Outlook is x64 bit on the workstation that isn't working.

was able to get a debug window for the plugin through Outlook. Here is the output it provided.

This does not work on the workstation. that command is not for Outlook 2019.

And to be clear, the plugin is installed on Windows 11, Outlook 2019 with an on-premise Exchange 2016 server. The plugin shows in the menu bar, but when clicking on it, the window appears, the loading icon appears for a split second, then disappears, leaving a blank window that never changes.
I have version 4.2.1 of the SuiteCRM Outlook Plugin loaded, and we are on version 8.5.1 of the SuiteCRM product.

The console doesn't show any errors when loading the plug-in page.

No users in the subpanel itself, though we do have users added into the system with email addresses. I see no way to add users to this subpanel.
