Ok. Taking into account this need to associate employees with the respective security groups, the package corrects the reported bug.
Thank you for your help with this situation.

Hi eggsurplus,
My trial period is finishing in the end of January, and this bug is still happening. Are any upgrades planned in the next week?
Without this situation resolved, my organization will not subscribe to the solution.
Best regards

Hi,
In that situation, User X need to specifies the company of User Y when he assigns that record to him. I dont know if that is achievable, or if it will be needed to read the value of a field in the record and use this value to make the right association with the company when the assignement is made.
I'm thinking in a workaround because our needs are really speficic and complex, because we have a lot of companies inside our organization with a lot of differente bussiness relations between them, and is very difficult to aplly one rule to all in this situation.
Best regards.

Hi,
Employees module is visible in role grid. I have SecuritySuite - Enhanced, Professional, and Enterprise plugin, version 3.1.31 installed in both instances (production and develop).
In both instances I set the access level to Employees module to List->Group but the users with that function assign cannot see employees, only if I set access level to All in that modules.
If you need some more information or examples about this situation, please let me know.
Best regards.

In fact, the directors do not see any employees. In the role grid, directors have access defined for Groups in the Employees and Users modules. However, they can only see employees (everyone, not just those assigned to their security group) when I change the access set in role grid to All for the Employees and Users modules.

Hi,
If a User belongs to more than one company, the company associated with that record is the company that user is logged when he creates the record.
Do you have some ideas to customize some workaround to adapt your extension to our needs?

Hi,
In our case, what we pretend is If a user from a company (X) assigns a record to another user from another company (Y), that record will become related to the company to which it was assigned (company Y).
Is that achievable with your solution?
Best regards

Hello,
First of all, thank you very much for your reply.
- In order to elaborate this question, allow me to contextualize the intended functioning of our CRM: our company is a business group, consisting of several different companies that interact with each other. These interactions consist, mostly, in our CRM, in the attribution of business opportunities between the salespeople of each company. Thus, it is necessary that commercial 1 from company X be able to assign an opportunity (and not only that) to commercial 2 from company Y, where commercial 1 only exists in company X and commercial 2 only exists in company Y.
If I understood correctly, if a user is associated with only one company, he only has access to view the records and users related to that company, right? Our CRM must allow assigning records to users from other companies, but it must not allow viewing of records or users of other companies. I need to know if that is possible with your extension.
- One record is only able to be associated with one company or can be associated to more than one company?
Best regards
