You have to copy and paste file from custom/Extension/modules/Accounts/Ext/LogicHooks/vrt_UsersActivityTracker.php to custom/Extension/modules/$custom_module/Ext/LogicHooks/vrt_UsersActivityTracker.php Where $custom_module is your SuiteCRM custom module name.
