Configure Inbound SMS

Inbound SMS lets your CRM capture replies sent by customers from any SMS gateway.

1. Twilio – Inbound SMS Setup

  • Log in to your Twilio Console → https://console.twilio.com
  • Go to Phone NumbersManageActive Numbers.
  • Select the number you use for SMS.
  • In the Messaging section, find A Message Comes In.
  • Paste your CRM Inbound Handler URL as shown below. Replace the sample URL (your-crm.com) with your own domain name.

2. Plivo – Inbound SMS Setup

  • Log in to your Plivo Console → https://console.plivo.com
  • Go to MessagingApplications.
  • Create a new Application or edit an existing one.
  • In Message URL, enter your CRM inbound handler URL:
  • Paste your CRM Inbound Handler URL as shown below. Replace the sample URL (your-crm.com) with your own domain name.

3. Vonage (Nexmo) – Inbound SMS Setup

  • Log in to your Vonage Console → https://dashboard.nexmo.com
  • Go to NumbersYour Numbers.
  • Select your SMS-enabled number.
  • In the Webhook Settings, set the Inbound SMS Webhook URL
  • Paste your CRM Inbound Handler URL as shown below. Replace the sample URL (your-crm.com) with your own domain name.
