Installing the Add-on
Follow these steps to install the Expertflow CX Connector:
Ensure Node.js is installed on the machine where SuiteCRM is hosted.
Log in to your SuiteCRM account as an administrator.
Click the user icon in the top right corner, select Admin, then choose Module Loader from the menu.
Click Choose File, select the ZIP package, then click Upload, followed by Install, then Commit.
Keep the page open and wait for the installation process to complete. Then click Home and refresh the page.
Click the phone icon in the top right to open the widget, then click the settings icon to access the configuration.
In the configuration panel, set the EFCX URL and your Destination Number, then press Enter to save.
