Account Chart Display Mode
This crucial setting determines what data structure is loaded when viewing an Account's organization chart.
- Contacts Only (Default): The chart focuses purely on human resources. It displays the current Company at the top (Level 0), and maps out all Employees/Contacts underneath it based on their "Reports To" structure.
- Account Hierarchy: The chart focuses purely on corporate structure. It maps out Parent Companies (Holdings), current Companies, and Sub-accounts (Branches/Subsidiaries).
- Both (Accounts & Contacts): A comprehensive master-view that combines both structures, showing corporate branches and the specific employees working within each branch.
Data Inclusion Rules
Control exactly who gets to appear on the chart.
- Show Contacts with no reporting hierarchy: If checked, the chart will collect "orphan" contacts (employees who do not have a manager assigned) and attach them directly to the Level 0 Company node so they aren't hidden from view.
- Include Inactive Contact: Determines whether ex-employees or inactive records should be rendered on the chart.
Avatars & Display Fields
Customize the visual information inside each card.
- Avatar Fields: Independently select which Image-type field to use for Company avatars and Person avatars. (If no image is available, a clean placeholder is used automatically).
- Dynamic Fields (Drag & Drop): Use the selector to choose which fields (e.g., Job Title, Phone, Email) appear inside the node. The nodes dynamically scale their height to fit the selected information beautifully!
