Known Limitations

Upgrade Notes

From Trial to License

  1. Request license key
  2. Go to Admin > MTS AI Case Assistant
  3. Enter license key
  4. Activate

Reinstall

  1. Uninstall current version
  2. Upload new package
  3. Restore config from backup
  4. Run Repair
