Data Export Tools

Introduction

Data Export Tools User’s Guide has been developed to assist management, system admin and users. Data Export Tools extension allows you to Upload Files on Server(FTP, SFTP) and Post Data on Specific Server using HTTP POST in CSV/Excel/PDF based on Configuration. Also allows you to Export Data using Send Email and Schedule Export with attachment. You can easily access exported files from any device with an internet connection, no matter the place or device.

Features:

• Data Export Tools allows you to Upload Files on Server(FTP, SFTP) based on Server Details and Path added in Configuration.
• It allows you to Post Data on a Specific POST URL using HTTP POST based on the Configuration.
• You can Export Data of any configuration if Status is Active.
• Apply additional conditions on the fields of the Selected Module and also apply Selected Module Custom Filter if “Enable Module Custom Filter” is Enable.
• It allows you to export Data in CSV, Excel, PDF format using Send Email and Schedule Export.
• Export Data from ListView in any format(CSV, Excel, PDF) and also Send Email in Specified file format based on Configuration.
• It allows you to choose File Name Format like By Date, By Module Name, By Date & Module Name and By Free Text.
• You can add Multiple Email addresses as Comma separated in CC and BCC when selected Export Option is Send Now.
• Able to test authentication by adding Authorization Parameter for HTTP POST(Post URLs).
• Supported all Standard and Custom Modules.
