How to know which contact created the Case?
By default, SuiteCRM does not show which contact created the case. The portal stores it in the database. To show it in the case details screen, follow these steps:
- Go to Admin -> Studio -> Cases -> Layout -> Detail View.
- Add a new row.
- Drag the "Created by Contact" field to the new row.
- Save and deploy.
