- Find the contact you want to give access to the portal.
- In the contact edit page, you will find the SuiteCase Portal panel.
- To give access, check the SUITECASE PORTAL ACTIVE? checkbox and fill in a username and a password.
- The username must be unique, so a good rule is to use the contact's email address.
