Admin Guide

  1. Find the contact you want to give access to the portal.
  2. In the contact edit page, you will find the SuiteCase Portal panel. SuiteCase Portal SuiteCRM Ticket System admin.png
  3. To give access, check the SUITECASE PORTAL ACTIVE? checkbox and fill in a username and a password.
  4. The username must be unique, so a good rule is to use the contact's email address.
