If you use SuiteCRM and want all of your company emails to automatically show up under the appropriate CRM contact/account, you have found the right product. Boru Email Linker enables you to use your preferred email platform while conveniently linking emails with your SuiteCRM platform.
User Guide
Open Boru Email Linker from admin panel
Click on "Email Account" and add a new email account
The "Test Mail Server" button will check the connection. If the result shows success, you can click "Scrape the Emails" button to scrap the emails.
The module provides the cronjob to make the scraper auto-run. Have two cron scripts:
"public/legacy/modules/BoruEmailLinker/cron/email_scraper.php": run scraper for all active email accounts.
"public/legacy/modules/BoruEmailLinker/cron/delete_remote_email.php": delete the emails that match the module config.
