vProjects is an online system, integrated in your SuiteCRM, to help effectively manage your projects. It includes a number of advanced features that can help you to organize, synchronize, and keep track of your team activities, keeping in mind that you may be interacting with external parties. Included is an interactive GANTT editor to not only visualize, but to really manage your project.

Many companies are using Microsoft Project as their main tool to handle project management. Every project manager keeps the project up to date and sends PDFs with the project updates to customers or internal stakeholders. This limits the collaboration considerably.

vProjects, “standard” flavor (more process oriented releases are in the planning), focuses on sharing information. Stakeholders can see the status of projects online, details, assignments, etc. Intuitive dashboards provide the key data for each project.

Note: vProjects requires vReports to work (this is a separate module).

• Support for both a “Published” (official) version, as well as a “Draft” (working version); both accessible in GANTT format
