Im a fan. I am able to add conditional color to items in a record and it works in list view! This helps a lot to look at a large number of records and breaks up the monotony. So for example any item / state that I consider to be of high importance I mark in red. Also it is a big plus is one time purchase! I rarely consider the SAAS model anymore. Hopefully a few updates will be included,
