#5426 - Can no longer archive emails received
Starting today I can no longer archive emails received in gmail. When I click on the archive button everything is grayed out. I can still archive a response.
The extension also stopped show the contact when you hover over the email address of the sender. That allowed you to click to create a case. You can manually look up the contact and then create a case.
This case is public.
Please leave out any sensitive information such as URLs, passwords, etc.
