#4000 - Track record viewed
Hello Team, We did purchased this plugin license and setup on our staging environment. We did validate license key and got plugin activated.
Based on plugin "About" page following actions activities are being logged with this plugin setup.
- Track User Login
- Track User Logout
- Track Record Inserted
- Track Record Updated
- Track Record Deleted
- Track Record Viewed
- Track Restored Record
- Restore Deleted Record
- One-click to go to filter record from Chart
We have setup this plugin for Leads module. We can see Inserted, Updated, Deleted track but could not see "Track Record Viewed". Are we missing something to configure "Track Record Viewed"? Generally all our data would be in readonly mode for majority of CRM users and we would like to see which record is being viewed by which CRM user.
Please advice!

I think you missed Rebuild JS Grouping. Please do that and recheck.

Yes, we did perform Step:7 as you suggested.
In addition to that, we did validated file permissions as well as per SuiteCRM recommendations. For confirmation, we could see Login, Logout, Insert, Update, Delete action. Exceptionally and for us very importantly, we could not see "View" activity. Note: We are opening records detail view and checking "View" activity but can't see anything.
