Thanks for using our add-on. We have tried with the same version which you have mentioned and it seems colors are displayed well. Following is the screenshot for your reference.
Can you please let us know at which place(EditView/DetailView/ListView/Predefined Tag) the color is not displayed on your instance? It would be good if you can provide some screenshot so we can identify the location where colors are not populated. Also, please check the file permission and ownership for the TagMe files.
