I am no longer able the edit a Dashlet after adding TagMe to the Dashlets search view. Also, when I add TagMe to a report, the report stops working. Does TagMe support dashlets and reports?

We have uploaded the latest version(4.6) if TagMe. Dashlet search will be working well with this latest version.
Regarding Report module, TagMe field display well into ListView. If you are using TagMe field into Conditions/search into Report, then it is searching for anyone individual tag and not support the runtime parameters as well as search on the multiple tags.

Customizations are required to support multiple tags search into the Report module. Also, these customizations required some unupgrade safe changes into SuiteCRM's core file.
