#1335 - Unable to install Tag Cloud
Hi, Im using version 7.10 of suiteCRM. After the purchase of the plugin I followed the instructions and i cannot seem to be able to successfully install the Addon as a start, there some components that are added but are not functional, please see attachement

we have checked this at our system (v 7.10.7) and its working fine. Please make sure that your system cache is cleared and try to open this in Incognito window. If you face any issue , please let us know

I actually spoke to soon, I am now able to Enable modules for tagging br dragging them over. I can see the Add Tag button on the modules I have enabled. I can add/select Tags, they show up on the Tag cloud dashlet, yet when I clic on them they give an error message saying that theres no Module linked to that Tag.

Hi Menzi,
You need to associate these tags to particular records of enable modules. After that only, you will be able to see related modules of associated tags.

Hi, Im following the process in the documentation and the TAGS are not working according to the example. Please see the steps I take below
Click the ADD TAG button and Add new TAG
Newly created TAG not visible after clicking Save
New tag visible in TAG Cloud
Error when click on New TAG

There was a memory limit issue at client server. Once it got resolved, plugin installed successfully.
