#3414 - License Page Missing + Webhook question

Question 1 - License Page Missing

  1. Followed the steps to install module "VRT_Xero.zip " (Release Date: 16th Jan 2021)
  2. Opened "admin" section --> "Verity Xero Integration"
  3. The link opens "https://xxxxxx/index.php?module=vrt_Xero&action=license" but shows a blank page.

(I have tried uninstall/reinstall plugin & doing a "Quick Repair and Rebuild" but still the same issue)

I did fill in the "Xero Integration" information such as Xero Client ID, Xero Client Secret, Xero Webhook Key

This is using docker images:-

docker.io/bitnami/mariadb:"10.3-debian-10
docker.io/bitnami/suitecrm:7-debian-10

SuiteCRM Version 7.11.15 Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

Mariadb Server Version: 10.3.23-MariaDB

Question 2 - Xero Webhook I assume even after we have solved the license page issue there is still another issue.

Since our SuiteCRM is not publicly accessible I assume this plugin using a Xero Webhook will not work properly.

What URL/domain do the Xero Webhook appear to becoming from or is there an IP range I can whitelist at the firewall?

    Hello FileSphere, Thanks for reaching out us. As you told, your first issue has been solved. Now for your second issue, You want IP address for whitelist in your firewall. But I don't think they have any fixed IP. Though I will raise your quiry to Xero Support and I will back to you once I will receive answer from Xero team.

    Thanks you the license page hasn't been solved yet & is still blank.

    (I was just mentioning that even if we solve Question 1 we most likely will still have issues due to Question 2.)

    Can you please re download latest zip from store and install it. And for your second question. Below is the comments from xero team.

    The IP addresses being used are subject to change, as such we wouldn't suggest using them on a whitelist.

    Whilst testing we have used ngrok as a tool for receiving the webhooks behind a firewall.

      Thank you for the assistance but since we didn't want to expose SuiteCRM to the internet or use a 3rd-party provider such a ngrok I have now cancelled the trial.

      If our stance changes we will let you know.

      We have another method to get data. We will pull Xero data from SuiteCRM. In that scenario we not need to expose SuiteCRM to internet. Let us know if you are interested in our addon.
