The SuiteCRM Auto Email Archive add-on is a user-friendly tool which helps each user customize their personal email inbox to send, receive, view, and store emails for retrieval and reference at any point of time.
#3314 - Table so_users doesn't exist after the install
We just purchased 3 licenses for the Archive plugin, downloaded the module and installed it. SuiteCRM is reporting that it is installed but after configuring the licenses and clicking “save,” the licensed users are not saved. This is also affecting the email module where it won’t load now.
The log file shows it’s throwing fatal errors when trying to read from a table called “so_users” which doesn’t exist.

If this table is created on install, what would cause it to not be created or how can I fix the problem?
