Hi,

2 questions....

How do I use the Drilldown to Opportunities feature? If I click on a user name within the opportunity window does not appear.

Is there a plan to allow forecasting by product/service line? For us it's essential that targets are assigned and measured by product, not just by overall opportunity value.

    Hi, The forecast drill down to opportunity feature is released in Version 2.0 Can you please make sure you have the latest version of it? If not, please install the new version for the latest feature. Please Note: Before installing new, Uninstall the old plugin, and please DO NOT REMOVE TABLE during the uninstallation process.

    The product and service line is not on the todo list. But we will keep a note of it and check for its feasibility in our coming releases.
