Hello
You have to download only VIProgressBar-2.0-Version7.10.zip because you have SuiteCRM 7.10.29 Version and Install on your SuiteCRM.
is it possible for you to share CRM Credentials, FTP Details of your Server where you have hosted your CRM and Database Access if you don't mind?

Hello,
We have checked issue as you mentioned. This issue reproduced in SuiteCRM 7.10.29 Version but not in SuiteCRM 7.10.1, SuiteCRM 7.10.2 or SuiteCRM 7.10.4 Version.
We're updating new release with this issue fixed by Tomorrow on SuiteCRM Store.
Once we updating new release, We'll update you.

After clear browser cache it work. but when zoom in in 90% screen it show a line across the bar

Did you download the Latest Release from the SuiteCRM Store?
One more thing we're working on the issue which you mentioned like showing line across the bar. This thing display only on Chrome Browser. Did you check in Mozilla Firefox Browser?

yes, the latest copy. currently it happen in chrome and edge. I'm also notice that the previous version also happen the same issue
