We would like clarification and guidance regarding how pricing is selected and applied for Distributor accounts when using the Price Books add-on for SuiteCRM. The add-on is designed to support different pricing structures based on agreement terms for customers, resellers, and distributors. In our setup, distributor-specific Price Books are configured and linked correctly (as far as we can tell). However, the pricing behavior we observe does not always align with our expectations. This raises a broader question about pricing logic, priority, and fallback behavior within the add-on. What is the official pricing priority order for distributor accounts? Are there best practices for ensuring distributor pricing always applies? Are there known scenarios where distributor pricing is intentionally bypassed?
