#3441 - Popup issue
Hi,
I'm having issues with the popup and flat price. Nothing I do changes the price for our account. We tried a simple flat price, but we cannot even get the popup to work? This is a new install 7.18.11 with all the rest that work.

Can you please confirm below things which you have done after the installation of our add-on, 1) Repair & Rebuild SuiteCRM after the add-on Installation? 2) Repair & Rebuild Javascript Language after the add-on Installation? 3) Did you given 775 or 777 permission to SuiteCRM folder on your Server after the add-on Installation?
If all the things you have performed and still getting problem then is it possible for you to share screenshot of the problem so we can guide you further?
