#5363 - Cannot install MultipleSMTP

I have installed the module and repaired the database. There was no screen to allow me to enter my License Key. The screen was just blank. When I click on the module to configure, it is just a blank page. I received no errors. I am using SuiteCRM 7.14.3 on a windows server 2022 datacenter, using firefox with popup blocker disabled. (I also checked chrome and get a blank screen.)
