Hi,

I made a purchase today for tagMe and their module failed to verify the license due to a coding issue with your module, they attached today to our server and found this issue. http://screenshots.justapps.eu/Darren/20201125145707tvzqg.png

Their comment is also here :- 'The problem was of file "Multiple SMTP" The developer of that file or addon, emptied(reset) the after_login logic hook, which stopped taking changes of the suitecrm's hook as well as ours.'

    Hello,

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    As you mentioned in the Comment, We have used "after_login" logic hook which stopped changes of other Module but You can see in the screenshot which you attached. We have used "after_ui_frame" logic hook which means logic of the file applied on the particular view after loading entire page.

    is it possible for you to share the Credentials of your CRM, FTP Details and Database Access if you don't mind?

    If yes then please share us on "techsupport@varianceinfotech.com" so we can check it from our end & identify issue because of our addon or something else. By Sharing the Detail you will get quick solution.

    Also share problem of tagMe Addon with us so we will cross check issue related to our addon or tagMe.

    Hi,

    The other companuy was on our server today so this is all working now for me, but it's more for a future fix your side and to help others that also use this module in the future.

    Indeed, their licensing page uses this but also it would affect others.

    I have already wasted a good few hours today, so please could you contact the other company directly https://store.suitecrm.com/members/urdhvatech or via skype urdhvatech and then they can advise further if you need etc. but hopefully on the screen shot it's enough to compare your code as they made a change there.

      The other developer fixed your standard code, so I would recommend that you fix your code for future customers else others will have issues.
