I see the Lifetime value of sales is predicated on the status of an opportunity set to "Won"

Times Contacted and last Contacted: is this based off of calls only or other activities like email, or meeting?

However, I understand that, I can answer for your question as bellow: - Lifetime value of sales base one Won opportunity - Times Contacted and Last Contacted is base on Calls, Meetings and Emails.
