My setting : Suitecrm version 7.14.3.

STEPS I HAVE DONE I have tried it in 2 instances and no success. I have installed the module as in this guide including Repair step. https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/mts-subpanel-record-counter/admin-guide?tag=mientrungsoft

PROBLEM License config step: https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/mts-subpanel-record-counter/admin-guide?tag=mientrungsoft I have copied the license key, and click "validate", but it just show a rotating gif, and it then doesn't proceed to "Continue" to go MTS SubPanel Record Counter Config page

Plugin file : MTS Subpanel Record Counter_1.0.1.zip . I have tried both 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 as well with no luck.
