#4585 - Authorization failed with the error message, 'There was an unknown error encountered when trying to obtain the access token.'
I followed your installation and configuration guide. At step 3 of the configuration guide, I get the error message: "Authorization failed with the error message, 'There was an unknown error encountered when trying to obtain the access token.'"
I do not see any entry in apache2 log or mautic log. How can I debug this situation?

Until now, we thought that SuiteCRM 8.x is not stable. That's why we didn't update our plugin. However, we see that SuiteCRM 8.x is getting better and better. Therefore, we will be working on updating our plugin in the near future.
I can't tell you exactly when. I think it will be 2023 Q1.

I've tested the following setup: - SuiteCRM v7.12.8 with PHP 8.0 - Mautic: v4.4.3 with PHP 7.4
I'm still getting the same error.

Please make sure that you have entered the correct addresses on the CRM side (in administration in Connectors for Mautic) and on the Mautic side (OAuth API settings and CRM Plugin)
