Can you please explain what do you mean by the term 'per user' in the price of the plugin?

Hello,
You need just one license (for admin) to send records from Mautic to CRM and from CRM to Mautic. Then your employees will see these records (e.g. leads) in CRM and Mautic without having a license. However, they will not have access to marketing activities in CRM.
However, if you want a given SuiteCRM user to see marketing activities, you should buy him a license. In other words, purchasing more than one license is addressed to SuiteCRM users who are to have access to marketing activities synced from Mautic.

Thank you for your response. We upgraded our Mautic instance to the latest version and still seem to have problems with synchronization.
I know our 30-day trial ends tomorrow, but I would like to see if we can get this to work properly before paying for 1 license. I am considering up to 6 licenses but would like to see the product work 100% correctly.
Is it possible to get an extension of 15 days for the trial so we can try and figure out what is breaking with the integration?
