#2765 - Re-install Plugin

I need to reinstall the plugin because after Change CRM Database Collation, leads from Mautic not have been created anymore. But in Installation Guide I saw this warning step 2.

Step 2: Install new CRM integrator package On CRM side you can install a new package as normal. DO NOT Uninstall the old one. Make again steps from Installation Guide / CRM Plugin

Why Do Not Uninstall the old one?

    Hello,

    You don't need reinstall the plugin to fix your issue. Make sure you change collation not only tables but columns too. If the problem still exists, check your sugarcrm.log and php error log and inform us about this, please.
