Hi gkarabel,
sorry to here about your troubles. To help you I need to understand your problem better.
Do I understand correctly that you tried to install newer version (3.9.196) on already installed older version ( 3.7.153) or did you try to installl it on 'clean' SuiteCRM ?
Is your wish to simply uninstall it or do you want to go back to the older version ?
You have also mentioned eVolpe_Mautic_CRM_3.9.94 package which is the Mautic plugin part of the integration, If your question is if the old CRM plugin will work with new Mautic Plugin then the answer is no.

I don't know I my last resposne properly reached you :
Did you uninstall the old package (3.7) before installing the new one ( When upgrading it is not required to do so, and it is even better to leave old verion as installed - system is prepared to deal with it)
Can you tell me if there were any FATAL-s or ERROR-s in suitecrm.log, or in the apache error.log ?
Could you try to click 'install' again on the new package or did you already try that multiple times ?
Please let us know even if you managed to overcome this issue in other way
