    Hi gkarabel,

sorry to here about your troubles. To help you I need to understand your problem better.

    1. Do I understand correctly that you tried to install newer version (3.9.196) on already installed older version ( 3.7.153) or did you try to installl it on 'clean' SuiteCRM ?

    2. Is your wish to simply uninstall it or do you want to go back to the older version ?

    3. You have also mentioned eVolpe_Mautic_CRM_3.9.94 package which is the Mautic plugin part of the integration, If your question is if the old CRM plugin will work with new Mautic Plugin then the answer is no.

    Best Regards,

I don't know I my last resposne properly reached you :

Did you uninstall the old package (3.7) before installing the new one ( When upgrading it is not required to do so, and it is even better to leave old verion as installed - system is prepared to deal with it)

Can you tell me if there were any FATAL-s or ERROR-s in suitecrm.log, or in the apache error.log ?

Could you try to click 'install' again on the new package or did you already try that multiple times ?

Please let us know even if you managed to overcome this issue in other way

      Best Regards,
