#3332 - Visual 2010 does not install

I can not install you software, as its required download / install of Visual 2010 does not work and the install stops.

    Hello, 1) Delete MailSputnik if it installed 2) Run instalation file with Admin permisions. At one of the installation steps you will be prompted to install "Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools" - you need to agree ant install it.

    If problem not resolved, we can connect to you remotely (via anydesk, for example) and help.

      acctually - I did it like you say... not Sputnik is the problem, but MS Visual Studio 2010 Tools will not finish its installation (drops at about 50%)

      Hello,

      Please try to install Tools from official MS resource: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=48217 Then try to install plugin, it should skip Tool instalation step.

      Please let me know about progress.

    Hello we checked the installation Tools on our computers with Win 10 - everything is successful. I'm sorry, but Tool is software distributed by Microsoft and we cannot recommend any solution to the problem of installing it on your computer. Please try to contact your system administrator with this problem. You can also try to install the plugin on another computer.
