#3750 - Not able to sync the target list to mailchimp account

I'm facing another issue with syncing the target list with MailChimp. I got the below errors on doing it. Can you please help me on this?

An error has been occurred while synching this "The Watch Standard New" Record this message User action not permitted User does not have access to the requested operation

This seems like Mailchimp issue, you need to check the user role in CRM as well as API user.

I have checked and both accounts have owner access but still, the new target list created in CRM is not synced with Mailchimp.
