Hello, we implemented the plugin to integrate SuiteCRM with Jira, successfully installed and configured, however, when trying to work with custom fields the data is not being recorded in CRM, the name of the fields is similar in Jira and SuiteCRM. Question: Is the problem mounting the WEBHook in Jira or SuiteCRM?
