Hi, Does this support email communication inside the other modules? Projects and Cases for example. I would like team to be able to communicate directly within the CRM when using those modules.

No. Currently our Extension only supported for Specific Modules(Accounts, Contacts and Leads).

Thank you. Is a addition of functionality possible? If this could work to utilize task creation, project tasks. or even projects relationships I would like to consider a trial. My team insist we require similar function like ASANA project management Gmail option where tasks can be assigned using the gmail extension. Thank you for consideration.

I "believe" they are all related. Since in our case we receive many new projects and communication related to projects, in email it they believe that it would save time to , from that point, create a new task and relate to the project, task, opportunity etc.
