The chrome extension does not seem to pick up leads from the LinkedIn page automatically. Is there a video for this, or documentation about it? Am I missing something?

    Hi,

    The Chrome extension may not automatically capture leads when the LinkedIn page first loads. This is due to recent changes in how LinkedIn loads its content.

    If the leads are not detected, simply refresh/reload the page once after it has fully loaded. The extension should then pick up the leads correctly.

      Hi So, I tried from regular lead page in my user account, and from sales navigator leads in my business page account in following steps. Open leads > open chrome extension, no leads detected in open leads page, then again refresh the page the extension closes > immediately open the extension still no detection of lead. I cleared all other extension - so nothing should be blocking it. Please advice

    Please make sure you are on the LinkedIn User profile page when trying to capture leads. The extension requires you to stay on the profile page for it to correctly detect and extract the lead information.
