#1237 - Failure after recent update

After the update, the Outlook – Implicit frontend would not sync any more.

I then reset Frontend, to no avail. Cannot get through the first global sync, but login to Suitecrm is OK.

I then removed Frontend, to reinstall the old version, but the old verions refuses to install any more, since it forces the new update. "Please download and install the latest version", but there is no download link, and no link by email or on the website ...

Running Suitecrm 7.10.6 on MS Office 364 Business using the offline Version 1805 (Build 9330.2087) (not in cloud)

    Hi,

    Can you please try syncing one more time and send us the log file to support@implicitweb.com. You can access the log file via FrontEnd Options . General.
