#4579 - Email Software is most of times named "undefined"

If I create configuration in Email Software Integration, there is often the word "undefined" for SuiteCRM or (in my case) Mautic. After saving sometimes there are the correct names.

I use SuiteCRM 8.1 with german language.

    Hello,

    Apologies for the problem you're facing.

    Generally it should be comes when Repair and Rebuild SuiteCRM after the Installation or htaccess file issue.

    is it possible for you to share your CRM Login Credential, FTP Details?
