#4312 - Date format problem in SendInBlue

SendInBlue only support date format of Y-m-d, however, if the default format of suitecrm was changed, it is unable to sync data to sendInBlue. Suggest to get check if the field type is date, then read the config from suitecrm, then convert the date to SendInBlue support format before sync.
