#3186 - Issues with integration

Good afternoon,

I am having issues getting mautic and suitecrm synced.

Issue: 1. Module Mapping - once I click sync on a module while trying to complete the process and move to field mapping, it pushes me back to the initial page.

It says I need to sync contacts first. It continues to repeat this without moving forward.

Please help.

    Hello,

    Can you please check in your Mautic Account, API & Basic Auth is enable or not.

    If it's enabled then is it possible to share with us your CRM Credentails, FTP Details, Database Access and Mautic Account on "techsupport@varianceinfotech.com" if you don't mind?

    If you share your Credentials then we can check it from our end & you will get Quick Solution.
