#3032 - API key fields missing
After installation and selecting email application in "API configuration" - no key fields appear. Images also seem to be broken in admin panel landing page. attached

Hello,
As per screenshot you didn't Repair & Rebuild your SuiteCRM after Installing Extension or Didn't have full file permission to your SuiteCRM Instance folder.
Can you please verify above two things & let us know if it's fix your problem or not.

We did the repair and rebuild and have the default permission on the install. The issue remains the same. Any other ideas what could cause this?
